🎯Obstacle #1: Laser Run

Category: Marksmanship

Description: A test of precision and control. Racers must hit the target using a laser pistol within a set time frame (less than 60 seconds)

Completion Rule: Hit your target x5 times before proceeding. 

Penalty: +30 seconds added to total race time if incomplete.

🀸Obstacle #2: X-Rail

Category: Agility & Balance

Description: Racers must traverse a narrow X-shaped rail system without falling off. Designed to test coordination and core control.

Completion Rule: Cross the rail without touching the ground. Restart from the beginning if balance is lost. The 2 beams must be removed from the X and placed on the ground to be marked as complete.

Penalty: +30 seconds added to total race time if incomplete.

πŸ›žObstacle #3: Tire Flip

Category: Strength

Description: Racers flip their respective tire (female/male) from one side to the other before returning to the course.

Completion Rule: Flip the tire until it crosses the line on the opposite side of your starting line.

Penalty: +30 seconds added to total race time if skipped/failed.

🧱Obstacle #4: 7' Wall Climb

Category: Agility & Strength

Description: Racers must get over the wall. The wall will have openings across it for space to pull yourself up using your hands and feet similar to a ladder. Once over the wall, get down in reverse and land safely on the ground.

Completion Rule: Get over the wall.

Penalty: +30 seconds added to total race time if incomplete.

Category: Mobility

Description: Racers must crawl under the net to traverse it from one side to the other. 

Completion Rule: Get all the way through under the net. 

Penalty: +30 seconds added to total race time if incomplete.

 






 


🌈Obstacle #6: Color Minefield

Category: Mobility

Description: Racers must follow the course of the race while jumping over and going around the colored blocks.

Completion Rule: Go through as fast as you can.

Penalty: No Penalty


πŸͺœβ€‹Obstacle #7: REDDAL (Inverted Ladder)

Category: Mobility & Strength

Description: Racers approach the ladder from behind and use the bar and steps to climb up the ladder and get down from the other side.

Completion Rule: Go over as fast as you can.

Penalty: +30 seconds added to total race time if incomplete.

⏳​Obstacle #8: Sandbag Carry

Category: Strength

Description: Racers shall carry a 20lbs sandbag. Sandbag is picked it up from the pile and carried all the way to the end of the identified path and back where the sandbag is returned to its original location. 

Completion Rule: Carry the sandbag in any comfortable way in a round-trip.

Penalty: +30 seconds added to total race time if incomplete.
 


πŸ’β€‹Obstacle #9: Monkey Bridge

Category: Agility

Description: Racers will cross 1 (10-15 feet) section of a slackline while holding a rope on top for balance. A section is defined by going on a slackline between 2 trees once.

Completion Rule: Walk on the slackline from one side to the other (tree-to-tree). If you fall off, you restart from the beginning. 

Penalty: +30 seconds added to total race time if incomplete.
 

πŸ•ΈοΈβ€‹Obstacle #10: Spider Web

Category: Agility

Description: Racers shall traverse the web of ropes from one side to the other following the outlined course path. 

Completion Rule: Go through the obstacle successfully, touching the rope is ok. Failure to complete the obstacle or skipping it will result in a time penalty.

Penalty: +30 seconds added to total race time if incomplete.
 


βžΏβ€‹β€‹β€‹Obstacle #11: OxTrail Wacky Wire

Category: Focus

Description: Racers shall guide a metal loop through the wacky wire mountain shape of the OxTrail logo without touching the wire all the way from one side to the other. An alarm will go off if you touch the wire.

Completion Rule: Pass the loop through without touching the wire. The obstacle is failed if your touch the wire 3 times.

Penalty: +30 seconds added to total race time if failed and/or incomplete.
 


πŸͺ£β€‹Obstacle #12: Bucket Reach

Category: Strength + Agility

Description: Racers shall carry 2x20lbs buckets in a farmer carry style. Buckets are placed under a clothesline where they should grab an identified object of the line and return the buckets to their original place.

Completion Rule: Carry the buckets, grab the item, and return the buckets back to their place gently.

Penalty: +30 seconds added to total race time if incomplete or failed to abide by the above completion rule.
